		<description>&lt;p&gt;I really like the placement of the navigation in this one. With regard to the footer being a necessary component... it&#039;s hard to say. As a web developer, I would say that it&#039;s critical and something that you see in nearly every site design out there. The real question would be, do other non-developers notice or ever use the footer?&lt;/p&gt;
